- Job Context
- We are looking for a professional and result-driven Marketing Manager with strong expertise in SMM, SEO, outreach, international meetings, client communication, and study abroad agency marketing.
- The ideal candidate must understand overseas education marketing, student recruitment, education consultancy operations, agency-based lead generation, and international client handling.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Manage Social Media Marketing campaigns.
- Plan, create, and monitor content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Handle SEO activities to improve website ranking and visibility.
- Plan and manage outreach campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing and direct outreach.
- Promote study abroad services to students, agents, and education partners.
- Communicate with local and international clients.
- Arrange and attend international client meetings.
- Communicate with university representatives, education partners, and recruitment agents.
- Present company services to potential clients and partners.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with sales, admission, design, content, and development teams.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Research market trends, competitors, student behavior, and destination demand.
- Support branding, promotion, and business development activities.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- Professional certification in Digital Marketing will be preferred.

- Experience in a study abroad agency/education consultancy firm will be highly preferred.
- Experience in handling international students, education partners, agents, or university representatives will get priority.
- Strong understanding of student recruitment, overseas education marketing, and agency-based lead generation preferred.
