Junior Architect / Architectural Visualizer

Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare architectural drawings and 3D models
Produce high-quality renderings and visual presentations
Assist senior architects and designers with project documentation
Modify and update drawings as required
Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines
Special Instruction
Candidates residing in Rajshahi or nearby areas will be given preference.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 29 years
Proficiency in SketchUp
Experience with Lumion
Experience with D5 Render
Knowledge of V-Ray
Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Ability to prepare architectural 3D models, renderings, and presentation drawings
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
