Job Description / Responsibility
- Project Oversight: Manage and supervise all civil engineering activities on industrial and factory building construction n projects.
- Design Review & Coordination: Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications,
- and BOQs, ensuring compliance with project requirements and relevant codes. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants to resolve design-related issues.
- Construction Management: Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to
- approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Steel Structure Focus (If Applicable): For projects involving steel structures, your
- responsibilities will include overseeing fabrication, erection, and quality control processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
- Quality Assurance & Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure
- the construction meets the required standards and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and address any non-conformities.
- Site Supervision & Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel. Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety regulations.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that may arise during the construction process.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, site inspection reports, and other relevant documentation. Maintain accurate project records.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project progress, technical issues, and potential risks.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Civil
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer
Additional Job Requirements
- B.Sc. at least 3-5 year(s)
- Diploma at least 5-10 year(s)
- Manage contractors and resources.
- Experience in the construction of industrial & Factory buildings.
- Steel Structural construction experience will get preference.
- Able to operate Microsoft office.
- Having driving license may get preference.
- Ability to work in complex projects.
- Knowledge of quality control and quality assurance procedures in construction.
- Capable of independently managing and resolving any on-site situation.
