Job Description / Responsibility
- IEL Engineering Ltd. is one of the leading supplier of Mechanical Rebar Coupler in Bangladesh. We are looking for a highly motivated, result-oriented and experienced professional to lead our Marketing & Sales activities. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our business by developing relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects and government organizations while identifying new project opportunities and converting them into successful business.
- Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve the company's business objectives.
- Identify upcoming and ongoing construction and infrastructure projects across Bangladesh.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, structural engineers and key project stakeholders.
- Promote the company's Mechanical Rebar Coupler products and secure product specification in construction projects.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Coordinate with consultants and project decision-makers to ensure successful project engagement.
- Lead and supervise the marketing team by setting targets, monitoring performance and providing necessary guidance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements, and recommend appropriate business strategies.
- Coordinate with production, logistics and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts and project pipeline updates.
- Participate in seminars, exhibitions and networking events to enhance the company's market presence.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets, collection targets and other business KPIs.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building & Construction Materials, Cement Industry, Engineering Firms, Steel

- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management ability.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Bangladesh.
- A valid driving license will be considered an advantage.
