Job Description / Responsibility
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully complete interior architecture and fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop project schedules and monitor project timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with the Design & Architecture Team to ensure smooth project execution according to approved drawings.
- Supervise Site Engineers and monitor daily site progress.
- Coordinate with the Procurement Team regarding material requirements, delivery schedules, and inventory status.
- Ensure all construction and interior works comply with approved designs, specifications, and company quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, workmanship, and project progress.
- Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively to minimize delays.
- Monitor project budgets and assist in cost control to prevent unnecessary expenditures.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and external stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Ensure proper documentation of project progress, site reports, and project correspondence.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.
- Support project handover and ensure successful project completion within agreed timelines.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Architecture, Civil Engineering
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Architecture
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 24 to 35 years

- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes and construction methods.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, working drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience coordinating with clients, architects, site engineers, vendors, and procurement teams.Good understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar project management software.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
