Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- We are seeking a talented and creative Landscape Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent technical skills, and a passion for transforming spaces. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and other professionals to deliver exceptional design solutions that meet project goals and client expectations.
- ðððŽðĐðĻð§ðŽðĒððĒðĨðĒððĒððŽ:
- Develop and execute interior design and architectural concepts for various projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional spaces.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Monitoring the operation work as required design.
- Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, D5 etc.).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
- Research materials, furnishings, and finishes to ensure quality and sustainability in design solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies.
- Solid high-end interior design experience, Fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Working Drawings, Layout Design, Site Visit & 3D visualization.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- Only Male
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, Inscape, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of architectural and design principles and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Have management skills.
