Job Description / Responsibility

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

3 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Interior Design

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 45 years
Minimum 3-7 years of relevant professional experience (depending on the position level)
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, and AutoCAD.
Sound knowledge of the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), seismic design, and reinforced concrete and steel structure design.
Ability to prepare structural drawings, BOQ, and cost estimations.
Experience in high-rise building, commercial, and residential project design and supervision.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, MEP engineers, and construction teams.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills in both Bangla and English.
Membership of a relevant professional body is preferred.
Willingness to visit project sites and monitor construction quality and safety compliance.
Having an MIEB code/AMIEB is mandatory
