Job Description / Responsibility
- Edit engaging videos for social media platforms, including Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and advertisements.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital content.
- Visit project sites to capture high-quality photos and videos of ongoing and completed architectural, interior, and construction projects.
- Plan and execute on-site video shoots, including project walkthroughs, client testimonials, interviews, and promotional content.
- Operate cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, and other production tools to ensure professional-quality output.
- Develop visually compelling content that effectively showcases architectural designs, interior spaces, and construction progress.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to create engaging visual storytelling.
- Organize, manage, and maintain video footage and digital media assets for future use.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing techniques, and content formats to maximize audience engagement.
- Ensure consistency in visual style, quality, and brand identity across all content.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Brand Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Brand Management
- University of Chittagong,East Delta University, Chittagong,Port City International University students will get preference
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of timing, motion, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Hands-on experience with social media video formats and current trends
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Prior experience in video editing or motion graphics will be an advantage

- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Web Media/Blog
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
- Only Male
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, lightroom, photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of video editing, motion graphics, pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Ability to independently handle both content shooting and post-production editing.
- Good knowledge of camera operation, composition, lighting, and videography techniques.
- Comfortable traveling to project sites for video and photo shoots.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of drone videography and photography will be an added advantage
