Job Description / Responsibility
- BOQ & Estimation
- Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Prepare project estimates and costing sheets
- Analyze project drawings and specifications
- Calculate material quantities accurately
- Prepare labor costing and implementation budgets
- Maintain updated rate analysis and market pricing
- Billing & Documentation
- Prepare client billing and contractor billing
- Verify work progress before billing submission
- Maintain project financial documentation
- Prepare work orders and purchase documentation
- Maintain variation and additional work costing records
- Purchase & Supply Chain Management
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
- Source materials with competitive pricing
- Ensure timely material delivery to project sites
- Monitor material stock and usage
- Verify material quality before approval
- Maintain supplier database and purchase records
- Project Quality Control (QC)
- Ensure execution quality as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor site finishing quality and workmanship
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Ensure material and finishing standards
- Identify project issues and provide technical solutions
- Maintain safety and execution discipline at project sites
- Site Coordination & Project Management
- Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Clients
- Monitor daily site progress and implementation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Ensure project completion within timeline and budget
- Attend client meetings and project review meetings
- Supervise subcontractors and labor teams
Educational Requirements
- Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Building & Construction Materials
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Only Male
- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager (Interior & Construction) to lead project execution from planning to handover.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for, BOQ preparation, estimate & costing, procurement, billing, quality control, project coordination, and site management while ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and according to company quality standards.
