Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
MARS FINANCIAL AND LEGAL CONSULTANTY (MARS FLC) is an international standard legal solution based Contact Point Verification and debt recovery agency as well as Law Firm.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team to achieve agreed business target.
Create and maintain effective business relationship with the business stakeholder especially with Banks, Financial Institutions.
Ensure clients services within agreed time frame.
Evaluate your staffs’ performance in every month including yourself and submit report upon evaluation to hire Authority.
Plan, organize, execute and supervise implementation of goals.
Supervise, motivate and monitor team performance.
Oversee and manage collection and recovery of outstanding debts to achieve recovery targets.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, NGO
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
