Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- Swapno Bari Housing Ltd. is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales and customer service, and preferably experience in the real estate sector.
- Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential plots and real estate projects of the company.
- Generate leads through field visits, online platforms, referrals, and networking activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct project presentations and site visits for potential customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure successful deal closures.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases, and daily activity records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service and documentation.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Workplace: Zahin Plaza (3rd Floor), 29 No. Mazar Road, Gabtoli, Mirpur-1, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in BBA/BA (Hon’s) in any discipline.
- BBA/BA (Hon’s) in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Land Management, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
- Candidates having experience in Real Estate, Land Sales, Housing Projects, Insurance, Banking, or Direct Sales will get preference.
- Must be willing to travel frequently for client meetings, field visits, and project site visits.
- Strong networking ability and capability to build a personal client database.
- Excellent presentation and convincing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to generate sales independently and work proactively with minimum supervision.
- Must possess a positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethics.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and online lead generation will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Internet applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Smart, presentable, and customer-focused attitude.
