Job Description / Responsibility
- Role Summary
- The Senior Customer Acquisition Executive will be the voice of ACE Developers Ltd. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with high-value prospects via targeted outbound calling, qualify them into sales-ready leads, and meticulously nurture relationships through strategic follow-ups.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Cold/Warm Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and corporate leads to introduce ACE Developers` real estate portfolio.
- Qualification: Pitch projects effectively, understand customer requirements, and filter prospects into qualified leads for the closing team.
- Pipeline Management & Follow-ups: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with warm prospects to keep ACE Developers top-of-mind and guide them through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
- CRM Maintenance: Accurately log call outcomes, customer feedback, and appointment details in the company CRM.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on current real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to handle objections confidently.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Development Agency, Real Estate
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Only Female
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer acquisition (experience in Real Estate, Luxury Retail, or Banking/Insurance is highly preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional phone etiquette.
- Skills: Strong active listening, objection handling, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
