Job Description / Responsibility

Plan, organize, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets in line with buyer delivery schedules and approved sample/specifications.
Expert in lingerie garments layout plan & target production.
Oversee the full production cycle — cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing — ensuring smooth workflow and minimum downtime.
Monitor line efficiency, productivity (SMV/SAM analysis), and take corrective action to reduce wastage and rejection rates.
Manage manpower planning, balancing, and allocation across sewing lines based on order requirements and skill matrix.
Prepare and analyze daily production reports (DPR), efficiency reports, and present to senior management/factory head.
Ensure proper documentation, records, and reporting for internal audits and buyer inspections.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve on-time shipment performance.
Implement and maintain 6S activities on the production floor for a clean and organized workspace.
Identify and record problems and potential bottlenecks, taking proactive measures to prevent their recurrence.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Textile Engineering
Bachelor of Arts (BA)
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Master of Arts (MA)
