Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounts Executive (Female) to join our Accounts & Finance Department. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting procedures, VAT & Tax compliance, financial record keeping, and reporting. Candidates with experience in accounting software and excellent documentation skills will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, ledgers, cash books, and financial documents.
Record all financial transactions accurately in accounting software (Tally ERP).
Prepare Daily Sales Collection Reports and maintain sales records.
Process bills, journal vouchers, and payment vouchers.
Maintain general ledger and ensure proper bookkeeping practices.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements and monitor cash flow.
Assist management in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Process employee payroll, salary sheets, attendance records, and related deductions.
Verify bills, invoices, purchase requisitions, and payment documents.
Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accurate documentation.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare and submit VAT and Tax-related documents and reports.
Assist in LC applications, payment processing, and related financial activities.
Provide financial data, analysis, and reports to management as required.
Maintain confidentiality of all company and financial information.
Perform any other accounts and finance-related duties assigned by management.
