- Grade: Assistant Vice President (AVP) to Senior Assistant Vice President (SAVP)
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned portfolios of corporate banking.
- Onboard quality corporate clients, identifying opportunities to expand business relationships.
- Achieve business growth targets across lending, deposits, trade finance, cash management, and fee-based income.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk evaluation of corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key sponsors and decision-makers of corporate bodies.
- Deliver banking solutions through cross-selling of trade finance, cash management, treasury, and other corporate banking products.
- Maintain superior portfolio quality through proactive monitoring, risk management, and timely resolution of documentation and operational matters.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and AML guidelines.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed university; postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- At least 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 Years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Business Banking, and Relationship Management.
- Professionals currently serving in Branch Banking for sizeable Corporate or Commercial portfolios are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of Corporate Lending, Credit Risk Management, Financial Analysis, Trade Finance, Cash Management, and Treasury Products.
- Demonstrated track record in business acquisition, portfolio management, and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong professional network within the corporate and business community.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
