Job Description / Responsibility

Ensuring factory Administration requirements as per standards.
Handling external affairs with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders.
Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending effective administrative policies and procedures.
Mapping proper security plan for all units and follow-up accordingly to ensure the same.
Managing company land and assets, maintaining and updating proper documentations and handling corresponding legal issues.
Collaborating with the team to handle all types of Social/ Environmental/ Technical/ Security/ Building, Fire & Electrical Safety and other certification audits.
Overseeing administrative staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Facilitating effective communication between different departments and levels of staff.
Addressing issues and challenges that arise within the administrative domain.
Any other task assigned by the management

Educational Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or Law.

Experience Requirements

20 to 25 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Livestock, Amusement Park

Additional Job Requirements

Age 40 to 60 years
20–25 years of experience in Administration and External Affairs, preferably in Bangladesh Civil Service/Secretariat.Hands-on experience in administrative policy development and SOP implementation.
Expertise in handling grievance and disciplinary matters.
Strong liaison experience with government & regulatory bodies (Labor Court, BIDA, SB, NSI, DIFE, BGMEA, TITAS and other utility authorities, police, etc.).
