Assistant Officer - Retail Sales (Cattle Feed)

Job Description / Responsibility

Sell cattle feed products directly to retailers and small-scale resellers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Promote product benefits, usage, and special offers to customers.
Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
Ensure product availability and proper display at retail outlets.
Coordinate with distributors and dealers for timely stock replenishment.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Submit regular sales and market reports to supervisors.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product return issues professionally.
Collect customer feedback regarding product performance and market demand.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 35 years
Only Male
Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territories.
Ability to ride a motorcycle.
