Assistant Officer - Retail Sales (Cattle Feed)

Job Description / Responsibility
- Sell cattle feed products directly to retailers and small-scale resellers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Promote product benefits, usage, and special offers to customers.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Ensure product availability and proper display at retail outlets.
- Coordinate with distributors and dealers for timely stock replenishment.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Submit regular sales and market reports to supervisors.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product return issues professionally.
- Collect customer feedback regarding product performance and market demand.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry

- Age 22 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territories.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle.
