Job Description / Responsibility

Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee records, documentation, and HR database
Maintain attendance, leave records, and personal files with accuracy and compliance
Prepare HR letters (appointment, confirmation, transfer, separation, etc.)
Support recruitment processes including CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
Ensure proper documentation throughout the employee lifecycle (joining to exit)
Assist in payroll coordination by maintaining accurate attendance and leave data
Support performance management processes including KPI/KRA tracking
Handle employee queries and maintain effective internal communication
Ensure compliance with company policies and Bangladesh Labor Law
Prepare HR reports, maintain HRIS data accuracy, and support the HR Lead in developing HR analytics.
Any task assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, ISP, IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements
