Job Description / Responsibility

Act as the primary point of contact between the company and international buyers, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of all requirements.
Analyze market trends, fashion directions, and competitor activities to support product development aligned with buyer demand.
Handle costing and price negotiations with a focus on profitability and competitiveness.
Manage the end-to-end merchandising process including order follow-up, production planning, and shipment scheduling.
Ensure product quality, pricing, and delivery strictly meet buyer expectations and global standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
Coordinate closely with design and production teams to ensure accurate execution of buyer requirements.
Prepare reports, analysis, and presentations for internal management and buyer review meetings.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues related to development, production, and shipment.

Educational Requirements

BSc in Textile Engineering from reputed educational institution will get preferences

Experience Requirements

At least 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 35 years
Exposure to reputed international buyers (preferably USA and European markets)
Must be confident in handling buyer meetings with professionalism and strong communication skills
Smart, well-mannered, and strong in personal grooming and presentation
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams effectively
