Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant Manager (In-Charge) to oversee Store and Warehouse operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong experience in managing inventory, materials movement, and warehouse operations within a garment environment. The role requires ensuring accurate stock control, timely material issuance, proper documentation, and effective coordination with production and related departments.
Receive all incoming goods and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery challans.
He have must knowledge / Experience in garment factory store section.
Ensure proper storage and preservation of Fabrics, Accessories, spare parts, and consumable items.
Issue materials to production departments according to approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP/manual inventory system.
Monitor stock levels and prepare reorder requests to avoid shortages.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Coordinate with procurement, accounts, production, and quality departments regarding material requirements and deliveries.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements store.
Manage delivery and dispatch of goods/materials as per company procedures.
Maintain proper documentation of GRN, challans, gate passes, and stock movement records.
Ensure good housekeeping and organization within the store area.
Supervise store assistants and helpers to ensure efficient operations.

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements
