Senior Sales Executive - Software Industry

Job Description / Responsibility

Find new business opportunities through online marketplaces and other lead generation channels.
Prepare and submit proposals on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer and similar platforms.
Promote and sell our software , website, UI/UX design, SEO and digital marketing services.
Communicate with international clients to understand their requirements and build long-term relationships.
Conduct client meetings, negotiate project terms and close deals.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
Work closely with the technical team to prepare project scope, timeline and quotations.
Keep track of leads, sales activities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Stay updated with marketplace trends and identify new business opportunities.
Generate new business opportunities from the local market through direct outreach, networking, referrals and corporate visits.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Must have proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
Proven experience in international client acquisition through Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer and similar marketplaces.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent English communication skills ( Written and Spoken)
Target-driven mindset with the ability to achieve sales goals.
Experience in selling software development, web development, UI/UX, SEO and digital marketing services will be an added advantage.
Ability to generate leads from both international and local markets.
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
