Job Description / Responsibility

Set production targets and monitor achievement.
Conduct capacity planning and manpower allocation.
Perform SMV analysis, method study, and line balancing.
Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and labor utilization.
Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and technical teams to achieve business objectives.
Support new style implementation and production layout planning.
Ensure achievement of factory KPIs and operational excellence targets.
Lead and develop IE team members through coaching and guidance.

Educational Requirements

Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering
Bangladesh University of Textiles,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Only Male
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Must be capable of working closely with Sri Lankan management and adapting to a fast-paced, performance-driven work environment.
