Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities:
Manage factory manpower, productivity, and performance.
Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Maintenance, HR, and Finance departments.
Oversee overall factory operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets.
Monitor production planning, inventory control, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Analyze operational performance and prepare management reports.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Ensure timely delivery of products according to customer requirements.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 40 years
Experience Requirements
5–10 years of experience in factory operations/production management.
At least 5 years in a senior management position.
Lock factory experience will be preferred
Additional Requirements
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
Good understanding of quality control, inventory management, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
