Officer/Senior Officer, Sales Promotion

Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets.
Collect orders, prepare quotations, and process sales-related documentation.
Monitor product supply and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Conduct product promotion and price negotiations to generate business opportunities.
Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor overdue accounts and coordinate with the Credit Team for timely collections.
Participate in daily and weekly meetings and maintain company policies, discipline, and 5S practices.

Educational Requirements

Hon’s/ Master’s degree in any discipline.
MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced and capable candidates.

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)
