Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
Arrow Manufacturing Limited is 100% export oriented fully complied garments & footwear trims, materials & accessories manufacturer. We are looking for well-experienced persons with brilliant skill and professional mind for the department of Accounts & Finance.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records to TALLY or Accounting Software.
Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries, and bank reconciliation statements.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain cash flow records and support budget preparing and monitoring.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, clients, and auditors as required.
Prepare VAT and Tax-related documents and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents before processing payments.
Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory-related financial records.
Support the Finance & Accounts Manager in audits and financial analysis.
Perform any other accounting duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Master of Business Studies (MBS)
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduation in Accounts/Finance from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Garments Accessories, Tannery/Footwear

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 28 years
Only Male
Knowledge on all statutory legislation and regulations.
Strong Team building and leadership skills.
Should have experience in working with the Team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
Sound knowledge on computer literacy (MS Office, Accounting Software like Tally etc.)
