Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a high-potential professional to join as Executive, Store working closely with senior leadership to enhance organizational capability and strengthen the leadership pipeline.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Receive materials, products, and supplies from vendors/suppliers and ensure timely documentation of all receiving activities.
- Verify the quantity, quality, specifications, and condition of received items against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Maintain inventory systematically and ensure proper storage of materials in designated locations.
- Ensure strict adherence to the FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory management principles.
- Monitor stock levels regularly and maintain optimum inventory to support uninterrupted business operations.
- Prepare and process Store Receiving Notes (SRN), material consumption reports, and other store-related documentation on a daily basis.
- Raise and submit material requisitions based on user requirements and operational demands.
- Conduct periodic inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate effectively with the Procurement, Production, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth inventory flow and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP systems and Excel-based reporting tools.
- Generate regular inventory, stock movement, and consumption reports for management review and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards related to store and inventory operations.
