Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for an experienced Factory IT professional with 5–7 years of expertise in network infrastructure, server administration, and end-user support. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of factory IT systems, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometric devices, IP telephony, backups, and cybersecurity.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain CCTV, biometric attendance, IP telephony, and related systems.
Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, and Print Server.
Perform server backup, restoration, and disaster recovery activities.
Manage firewalls, antivirus solutions, endpoint security, and access controls.
Ensure regular system updates, patch management, and security compliance.
Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, network, and email issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, backups, and security incidents.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Experience:
5 to 7 years of experience in IT support
Skills & Area of Expertise
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN, and Firewall.
Experience with Cisco, MikroTik or similar networking devices.
Microsoft 365, Email Systems, and Backup Solutions.
