Job Description / Responsibility

Grand Sultan Tea Resort & Golf, a leading five-star luxury resort in Bangladesh, invites applications from dynamic and service-oriented professionals to join our Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Department.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate F&B service staff to ensure smooth daily operations, teamwork, and adherence to service standards.
Conduct shift briefings, assign duties, and monitor staff performance while supporting training and development.
Ensure excellent guest service across all outlets, handling feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
Oversee POS operations, billing accuracy, and coordination between service, kitchen, banquet, and room service teams.
Monitor inventory, cost control, hygiene, safety, and compliance with SOPs to maintain operational efficiency.
Assist Restaurant Manager in daily operations, events execution, and assume responsibilities in their absence.

Educational Requirements

Higher Secondary
Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent. Diploma in Hotel Management preferred

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort

Additional Job Requirements

Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a 5-star hotel, premium resort, or fine-dining restaurant in a similar role.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Strong leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, and team management abilities.
Appearance & Personality: Presentable appearance, well-groomed, physically fit, and possessing a warm, pleasant personality.
