- Position Overview:
- Executive – Visa Processing is responsible for managing end-to-end visa application procedures, including document collection and verification, application preparation, submission, and follow-up with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers. The role ensures accurate and timely processing of visa applications, provides guidance to clients regarding visa requirements, maintains application records, and ensures compliance with immigration regulations while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Responsibilities:
- Process and manage tourist visa applications
- Communicate with embassies, consulates, and clients
- Guide clients through visa requirements and documentation
- Maintain updated knowledge of visa policies and immigration rules
- Provide accurate and timely updates to clients
- Coordinate with education institutions and travel partners as needed.

- Candidates have to be confident and self-motivated.
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, IT Enabled Service, Travel Agent, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Developer, Importer, Power
Additional Job Requirements
- Hotel and Hospitality Management, Tour and Travel Agency, Transport/ Airline/ Travel, Visa Processing
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Airline, Travel Agent
- Additional Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in tourism project development and management in Bangladesh.
- Strong knowledge of visa processes for major international destinations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Experience in designing and selling travel packages (domestic & international).
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and service providers.
- Proficiency in using travel or CRM software for record management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently to field locations.
- Proficiency in Bangla and English (spoken and written).
- Experience with donor-funded or CSR-funded tourism initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital tourism marketing and product development.
- Familiarity with coastal and mangrove destinations (Sundarbans, Satkhira/ Khulna/ Barisal) is an advantage.
- Passion for nature, conservation and community-based tourism.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
