Job Description / Responsibility
- Q Hotel Dhaka - a concern of Quality Hospitality Limited - is an upcoming Five-Star Hotel along with Multi-Purpose Office Complex with two Independent 20 Storied Towers. With a built-up area of more than 35,000 sqm, the upcoming hotel is located at Purbachal New Town and adjacent to the Purbachal Express Way (300 Feet Road) – The Premium Future Business Hub of the Country.
- The Hotel is in pre-opening phase now and expected to go into Full Operation by September 2026 and invites application for the following position:
- MARCOM Manager position is a full-time on-site role for Q Hotel Dhaka.
- The position is responsible for developing and executing the hotel’s marketing, branding, public relations, and communication strategies to increase brand awareness, drive revenue, enhance guest engagement, and strengthen the hotel’s market position.
- The role oversees digital marketing, social media, advertising campaigns, promotions, partnerships, content creation, media relations, and internal communications while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
- Master of Business Studies (MBS)
- Bachelor’s degree or Master`s Degree in Marketing or Hotel Management or Related Field from a Recognized University.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant
Additional Job Requirements
- Only Male
- At least 5-10 years’ working experience preferably in hospitality industry, which includes minimum 3 years as Marketing Manager / PR Manager or Business Development Manager in an upper-upscale hotel.
- Working experience in International Hotel Brands in Dhaka market will be an added advantage.
- Must have excellent command on MS Office (Applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good knowledge of Hotel’s Property Management System (PMS) good to have, not mandatory
- Strong Analytical, Negotiation and Strategic Planning Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Both Written & Verbal).
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets, and available as per the business requirement of the hotel.
- Good interpersonal and networking skills Guest centric, attention to detail, result oriented, hands-on approach, problem solver, ability to lead and mentor teams.
