- Job Context
- The post of Graphic Designer & Video Editor is primarily concerned with creating compelling and high-quality digital contents optimized for social media platforms and OTA platforms for the Hotel and to develop and maintain the website of the Hotel. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team who has passion in graphic design and video making.
- Job Responsibilities
- Design and create graphics and motion graphics content for social media, OTA and digital marketing platforms according to the guidelines and instructions
- Create eye-catching content for social media posts and webpage banners
- Generate innovative and unique design ideas to enhance the visual appeal of the brand`s marketing materials, such as Brochure, Flyer, Banner, Notebook, Gift Box, Project Card, Project Signboard and Fencing
- Develop and Maintain Hotel website
- Ensure that all graphics and layouts meet the brand`s standards
- Participate in brand strategy discussions and in setting customer targets
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and new design techniques
- Manage overall Design and creative works of Real Star Properties Group and personal Tasks of Managing Director & CEO
Educational Requirements
- HSC
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Completion of a Masters / Honors / HSC degree from Renowned university in any subject
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel
Additional Job Requirements
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) in image & video editing, motion graphics, or creative content creation
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Proficiency in website development
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in social media content creation
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Candidate must be smart, presentable, free of using local dialects
- Candidate must have interpersonal and anger management skills
- Candidate needs to be technologically and digitally sound / need to be tech savvy
- Working as a proactive member in a team
- Energetic, creative, sincere and honest
