Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
A renowned 5-star resort in the greater Sylhet region is seeking a qualified and experienced Massage Therapist to join its Armana Spa Department.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver professional spa treatments, including massage therapy, body scrubs, body wraps, and therapeutic baths.
Provide a variety of spa services in a safe, comfortable, and professional manner.
Acknowledge and respond effectively to guest needs, expectations, and inquiries.
Ensure guest comfort, satisfaction, and safety at all times.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of spa facilities, treatment rooms, and equipment.
Follow established spa policies, procedures, and professional ethics.
Contribute to creating a relaxing and memorable wellness experience for guests.

Educational Requirements

Diploma
Diploma (Vocational) in Spa Therapy or related field; or
School Certificate with relevant professional training and experience.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant, Resort

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 40 years
Only Female
Minimum 02 years of experience as a Massage Therapist
Must have completed at least 150 hours of professional massage therapy training
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, disciplined, and well-groomed appearance
Smart, courteous, and well-mannered personality
