Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare and maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, ledgers, and cash books.
Record all financial transactions accurately in accounting software Tally.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor cash flow.
Assist to Manager for prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Process employee payroll, salary sheets, and related deductions.
Verify bills, invoices, purchase requisitions, and payment documents.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare and submit VAT and Tax-related documentation as required.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
Support management by providing financial data, analysis, and reports.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial and company information.
Perform any other accounts and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
CA CC will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, Hotel, Restaurant, Real Estate, Resort, Coffee Shop, Convention center
