Job Description / Responsibility
  • Q Hotel Dhaka, a concern of Quality Hospitality Limited, is an upcoming Five-Star Hotel located at Purbachal New Town. The hotel is currently in its pre-opening phase and is expected to commence full operations by September 2026.
  • We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper who will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and aesthetic standards throughout the property. The incumbent will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and maintaining operational excellence.
  • Plan, organize and supervise all housekeeping operations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, public areas, laundry, linen rooms, and back-of-house areas.
  • Maintain housekeeping SOPs and quality standards.
  • Manage inventory of linen, guest supplies, FF&E and OS&E items.
  • Oversee laundry operations and ensure service quality.
  • Develop departmental budgets and control expenses.
  • Monitor housekeeping productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate housekeeping staff.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and other departments.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests efficiently.
  • Support pre-opening activities and hotel readiness programs.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Hotel Management or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements
  • 10 to 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort

Additional Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years as Executive Housekeeper in an upper-upscale hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of Housekeeping Operations, Laundry Management, Inventory Management, FF&E and OS&E.
  • Good knowledge of Opera PMS preferred.
  • Excellent command of MS Office.
  • Strong analytical, leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Guest-centric mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong team leadership and mentoring capability.
