Job Description / Responsibility

Provide a variety of spa treatments, including:
Massage therapies
Facials
Manicures and pedicures
Body scrubs and wraps
Hydrotherapy treatments
Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
Ensure guests enjoy a welcoming, relaxing, and professional spa experience.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in treatment rooms, spa facilities, and equipment.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of spa products and services and recommend appropriate home-care products.
Keep accurate records of treatments, client preferences, and any sensitivities.
Stay updated on the latest spa techniques, wellness trends, and industry best practices through continuous learning.
Assist in training and supporting the spa management team to ensure smooth spa operations.
