Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage

Job Description / Responsibility

Assist in the daily operation of restaurants, cafeterias, banquet services, and other F&B outlets.
Ensure smooth and efficient service during operating hours.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and purchasing teams.
Supervise and guide F&B staff, including servers, cashiers, and supervisors.
Prepare duty rosters and work schedules.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
Minimise wastage and control operational costs.
Verify requisitions and coordinate purchasing activities.
Assist in achieving sales and revenue targets.
Maintain daily sales reports and cash handling procedures.
Ensure accurate billing and revenue recording.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Hotel Management

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
