Job Description / Responsibility

About Us:
We are a reputed IATA-accredited travel agency in Bangladesh, providing comprehensive travel solutions to its clients. With a strong focus on service quality and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Agent Manager to lead our operations and team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily operations of the travel agency, ensuring smooth workflow.
Supervise ticketing, reservation, and customer service teams.
Build and maintain relationships with airlines, GDS providers, and travel partners.
Monitor market trends and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and company policies.
Handle group travel, corporate clients, and special travel arrangements.
Train and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain service excellence.
Prepare monthly performance reports and assist in financial planning and budgeting.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field).

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a travel agency, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of IATA procedures and GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in English and Bangla.
