Project Director - Interior Project

Job Description / Responsibility
- Lead and manage multiple interior construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
- Manage project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Supervise project managers, site engineers, and project teams.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
- Support business development activities, tender evaluations, and project planning initiatives.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 12 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Steel
Additional Job Requirements
- Only Male
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing large-scale commercial, corporate, hospitality, retail, or residential interior projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-value interior projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Sound knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
