- Job Context:
- ACI Motors Limited is one of the most growing concerns of ACI PLC. We have Agri Machineries (Tractor, Harvester, Power Tiller, Diesel Engine, Reaper, Rice Transplanter & Water Pump), Automobiles (YAMAHA Motorcycles), Infrastructural Equipment (Kobelco, Case, Lovol & Jungheinrich), Tire Solutions (CEAT), Commercial Vehicles (Foton & Mahindra), Lubricants (Yamalube & Liqui-Moly) & Power Solutions Products (YorPower, Himoinsa & Weichai) etc. in our product line.
- We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused sales professional for our Bus & Specialized Vehicle business. The role involves driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process. Candidates with a strong interest in the commercial vehicle industry and long-term career aspirations in automotive sales are highly preferred.
- Principal Accountability:
- Support Bus & Coach sales activities and achieve assigned business targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with fleet owners, corporate customers, educational institutions, and government organizations.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers regularly.
- Support tender participation and sales documentation processes.
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and After-Sales teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and market feedback.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- At least 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 26 to 40 years
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle (Bus/ Truck) Sales, Automotive Sales, Business Development, or Fleet/ B2B Sales Operations.
- Experience in reputed automotive companies with expertise in institutional sales, tender handling, and key account management will be preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
