Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare, review, and manage tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and bid submissions for government and private sector projects.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to gather required documentation and ensure timely submissions.
Maintain strong professional connections with government ministries, agencies, and regulators to support tender participation and relationship building.
Visit ministries and relevant offices regularly for tender follow-ups and public relationship activities.
Demonstrate solid understanding of the ISP and IT industries, including IT infrastructure, networking, and related solutions.
Track industry developments, regulatory updates, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Develop professional proposals, company profiles, and promotional materials.
Maintain accurate records of tenders, proposals, and contracts, and prepare reports for management decision-making.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Management (MBM) in Marketing
Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
Professional experience in business development, tendering, or project management within ISP, IT infrastructure, or ICT-related industries.
Strong public relationship management skills with proven links to ministries and government agencies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting systems, and MS Office applications.
