Job Description / Responsibility
- Conduct end-to-end counselling for students applying to UK universities, ensuring accurate guidance on admission, CAS issuance, and visa requirements.
- Guide students through the complete UK Student Route visa process, including CAS interview preparation, credibility assessment, and documentation compliance.
- Ensure all student applications meet UKVI and university compliance standards before submission.
- Assist students in preparing financial documentation in accordance with UKVI 28-day maintenance fund requirements and verify all supporting documents for accuracy and consistency.
- Provide structured coaching to students for CAS interviews, including mock interviews and preparation of genuine, confident study intent responses aligned with application details.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK immigration rules, visa policies, and university admission requirements, and coordinate with universities and admission teams to ensure smooth CAS issuance and timely processing.
- Maintain accurate records of student profiles, application status, visa outcomes, and ensure ethical counselling practices while supporting pre-departure briefing and UK arrival compliance guidance.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Business/English preferred)
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 24 years
- Minimum 2+ years experience in student counselling (UK study abroad sector preferred)
- Strong understanding of UK admissions, CAS process, and visa compliance
- Experience in handling end-to-end student application and visa process
- independently Proven ability in student conversion and target achievement
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Confident in client-facing roles and comfortable on camera
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced international education consultancy environment
