Job Description / Responsibility

Regularly monitor the Bangladesh e-GP portal and identify relevant tender opportunities for the company.
Maintain and update a database of ongoing, upcoming, and submitted tenders, including submission deadlines and tender status.
Prepare tender documents, rate analyses, cost estimates, BOQ pricing, and bid proposals in coordination with Management, ensuring accurate calculations and compliance with tender requirement.
Prepare and submit e-GP tenders within the stipulated time while ensuring compliance with PPA, PPR, and e-GP guidelines.
Manage tender document purchase, submission of Tender Security and Performance Security, and preparation of bid-related documents including Bank Guarantees, Bank Commitment Letters, Pay Orders, and other required supporting document.
Maintain records of awarded, rejected, and under-evaluation tenders and prepare periodic management reports.
Follow up on tender evaluation results, contract awards, work orders, agreements, and project commencement activities.
Handling USB tokens and encrypting documents correctly.
Organizing Trade Licenses, TIN, BIN, and completion certificates so they are always ready and under file size limit.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Civil
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
