Job Description / Responsibility
- BZM Graphics is seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Telesales Executive (USA/EU Market) to join our Marketing Team. The role involves generating qualified leads, conducting outbound outreach, nurturing prospects, and supporting business growth through effective follow-ups.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing USA/EU -based customers to promote company products and services.
- Introduce company services and value-added solutions in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce bZm Graphics services
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the marketing and sales pipeline
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects
- Support marketing campaigns through direct outreach activities
- Achieve weekly and monthly call, lead, and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Educational Requirements
- A Level
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Telecommunication
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 24 to 40 years
- Only Male
- Strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in an International BPO or Call Center will be an advantage.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work in a night shift environment.
- Willing to do roaster duty.
