Male Shift: Morning (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) I Evening (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) I Night (11:00 PM -7:00 AM)
Female Shift: Morning (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) I Evening (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)}
What You'll Do:
Provide excellent customer support via call/chat
Resolve customer issues efficiently
Update and manage live chat database
Promote products and assist clients

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Additional Job Requirements

Age 23 to 28 years
Strong communication in English & Bangla
Typing speed: 25–30 WPM in both languages
