Front Office Manager
Quality Hospitality Limited (Q-HOTEL Dhaka)
Job Description / Responsibility
  • Q Hotel Dhaka, a concern of Quality Hospitality Limited, is an upcoming Five-Star Hotel located at Purbachal New Town. The hotel is currently in its pre-opening phase and is expected to commence full operations by September 2026.
  • We are looking for a dynamic Front Office Manager who will oversee all front office operations to ensure exceptional guest service, smooth daily operations, efficient room management, and achievement of departmental objectives.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee all Front Office operations.
  • Manage reception, concierge, guest relations and telephone operations.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
  • Supervise room inventory and room allocation processes.
  • Monitor room occupancy and revenue performance.
  • Manage guest arrivals, departures and VIP arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales and Engineering departments.
  • Monitor OTA performance and Channel Manager operations.
  • Support revenue management and pricing strategies.
  • Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate Front Office staff.
  • Handle guest complaints and service recovery initiatives.
  • Participate in pre-opening activities and hotel readiness programs.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management or Related Field from a Recognized University.
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort, Restaurant

Additional Job Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Opera PMS.
  • Strong knowledge of Channel Managers, OTA Platforms and Revenue Management.
  • Understanding of Yield Management and Pricing Strategy.
  • Excellent command of MS Office.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Guest-centric and result-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team.
