Front Office Manager
Quality Hospitality Limited (Q-HOTEL Dhaka)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Q Hotel Dhaka, a concern of Quality Hospitality Limited, is an upcoming Five-Star Hotel located at Purbachal New Town. The hotel is currently in its pre-opening phase and is expected to commence full operations by September 2026.
- We are looking for a dynamic Front Office Manager who will oversee all front office operations to ensure exceptional guest service, smooth daily operations, efficient room management, and achievement of departmental objectives.
- Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all Front Office operations.
- Manage reception, concierge, guest relations and telephone operations.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
- Supervise room inventory and room allocation processes.
- Monitor room occupancy and revenue performance.
- Manage guest arrivals, departures and VIP arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales and Engineering departments.
- Monitor OTA performance and Channel Manager operations.
- Support revenue management and pricing strategies.
- Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate Front Office staff.
- Handle guest complaints and service recovery initiatives.
- Participate in pre-opening activities and hotel readiness programs.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management or Related Field from a Recognized University.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort, Restaurant
Additional Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of Opera PMS.
- Strong knowledge of Channel Managers, OTA Platforms and Revenue Management.
- Understanding of Yield Management and Pricing Strategy.
- Excellent command of MS Office.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Guest-centric and result-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
