Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, and ledger postings.
Prepare and verify payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
Reconcile bank statements, cash books, and supplier/customer accounts.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
Prepare VAT and Tax related schedules and support statutory compliance.
Assist in filing VAT returns and maintaining VAT registers.
Support external and internal audit activities.
Prepare management reports, MIS reports, and financial analyses.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Perform inventory and stock-related accounting activities when required.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Any other accounts and finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
CA (CC) / CMA partly qualified candidates will get preference.

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
