Job Description / Responsibility
- Transaction Recording: Assist in recording daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and petty cash management.
- Reconciliation & Data Entry: Support the core finance team with daily cash reconciliation and routine data entry tasks.
- Accounts Management: Help monitor, track, and organize vital documentation for accounts payable and receivable.
- File Management: Assist in properly sorting, filing, and preserving purchase invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
- Ledger Maintenance: Learn to prepare and maintain proper ledgers and accounting documentation under direct supervision.
- Inventory & Costing: Support daily inventory monitoring and assist with basic cost-tracking activities.
- ERP Operations: Ensure the accuracy of accounting records and actively assist with data entry into the Odoo ERP system.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with internal team members on daily financial and operational tasks.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System, Accounting, Finance
- Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass) in Accounting, Finance & Banking
Experience Requirements
- At most 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
