Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare daily project performance dashboards.
Track orders, GMV, CM1 and coverage.
Maintain tracker, software and reporting accuracy.
Identify operational bottlenecks through data analysis.
Document issues, root causes and decisions.
Coordinate software fixes with technology teams.
Validate field reports against system data.
Recommend actions based on performance trends.
Track outcomes of decisions and interventions.
Ensure dashboard readiness for governance reviews.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor's in Business, Data Analytics, MIS, Computer Science, Operations, or relevant discipline.

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Healthcare Startup, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Skills Required: Business analysis; MIS reporting; dashboarding; system coordination; problem solving.
Working Experience : Minimum 5-7 years in business analysis, operations analytics, MIS, system support, or reporting.
