Job Description / Responsibility
- Provide technical support and assistance, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, workstation and networks;
- Windows and Linux Server Installation, Configuration and Maintenance
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner;
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, including hardware, software, and network components;
- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights, ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards;
- Identify, diagnose and resolve hardware & network problems;
- Maintain CCTV system;
- Assist in the deployment and installation of software applications, including updates and patches, and ensure proper licensing and documentation;
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, IPBX and Wi-Fi access points, to ensure security, optimal performance and connectivity;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations;
- Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions;
- Support the implementation and enforcement of IT security policies and procedures, ensuring the protection of company data and infrastructure;
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and recommendations for continuous improvement;
- Server database backup and disaster recovery Communicate with IT related service providers to ensure smooth service.
- Any other job assigned by the concerned authority
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ISP, IT Enabled Service, Hardware, Software, Networking;
- Candidate must reside near factory;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and troubleshoot technical issues;
- Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;Required good combination and communication skills;
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
