Job Description / Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, internet connectivity, and end-user devices.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and optimal performance of all IT systems, networks, and business applications.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, software, network equipment, and related technologies.
- Network Administration (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Routing & Switching)
- Provide timely IT support to users, resolve technical issues, and conduct user training when required.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including antivirus, firewall, endpoint security, access controls, and data protection practices.
- Ensure regular data backup, disaster recovery readiness, and compliance with organizational security policies.
- Support and manage ERP, HRMS, POS, Software, and other business applications to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for system implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Participate in IT projects, technology procurement, budgeting, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Maintain IT policies, procedures, software licensing compliance, technical documentation, and asset management records.
- Prepare periodic IT performance reports and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Trading or Export/Import
